Well my parents met Bert and Anne in Oz. When I was born my mum said they were amazing and took us all under there wing. We all ended up coming back from Oz at various times. We always kept in touch with Bert and Anne and I have such fond memories of them and the fun times we had with them and Debbie,Tony and Jane. I was Tony and Jill's bridesmaid and ended up visiting them when they were in Oz and there children were babies and little Samantha. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to watch the funeral yesterday and so wished that things wernt the way they are. Bert and Anne reunited What an absolute pleasure to have had them in our lives and they made such an impact of happy memories in my childhood,I will be forever grateful to have had them in my life growing up,so thank you both, you will always have a special place in my heart

Dear Auntie Ann,

I have wonderful memories of you as I was growing up. The life a soul of any party. Always very elegantly dressed. Loved a good chatter too.
A funny kind, lovely lady.

At peace now.

My darling Mum, I want to thank you for all the wonderful, warm, loving, caring times we had and the laughter too. I had an amazing childhood and feel immensely lucky and proud to have had you as my mum, along with our equally amazing dad. Thank you too for looking after dad so well when he was so ill. I am missing you so so very much and can’t believe you are no longer with us but your suffering is now over and you are with the love of your life, Bert.
From your broken hearted daughter Debra. XX
