Bernard passed away peacefully on 18th December aged 94 years. He was in the Parachute regiment during the second world war. After the war he worked in Olby’s store in Bognor Regis and then at Reynolds furniture store. Bernard was devoted to his late wife Irene who passed away in 2012.

I will always remember winning my first bowls competition with you in the drawn pair competition at Chichester bowls club
