I had no idea my old friend had passed away. Having moved back to the area I was going to try and find her again. So sad I missed her by a year. RIP Carol xx

I knew you for many years, and we were neighbours for quite a while. You and Barney were always together walking up and down the lane and to the shops. You always had a lovely smile and infectious laugh. One of your loves was your allotment, and fate has stepped in and it has been allocated to our daughter. It's in good hand. Rest in peace lovely lady, my friend Carol.

Carol (or Auntie Carol as I knew her) was for many years my babysitter and child minder and I have always been very grateful to her for her care for me as a child. She was a great lady. Whilst it has been many years since I have seen Carol, it is with sadness that her passing has come to my notice as it comes just two days after my own mum's (Carol Hallinan) passing. On behalf of all of my family I would like to give our best wishes to Carol's family at this time. Rest in Peace x

Carol you will be sadly missed by your friends at the allotment especially Jeff and Teresa who were your neighbours for so many years. Rest in Peace and keep gardening in the great allotment in the sky.
