Aunty Liz/ Granty Liz

Thank you for everything you have done for me over the years and for being the most amazing aunty. I'm so glad I had those few years in Portsmouth living so close to you. You made every visit so special, always had chocolatey goodies waiting for me and made it feel like a home from home for me xx
I will miss exchanging texts of cute animals that we've spotted. Love you forever and always xxxx

It is rare that we find a friend who is a forever friend and you are that to me. Lots of lovely memories that started in our early 20s. In good times and bad you were there for me and even when distance came between us the friendship we shared never changed. I will treasure the day we spent together earlier this year and the laughter we shared reminiscing about times shared over the years . Your strength and courage was nothing less than inspiring. Thankyou to Paul for the lovely food and welcome.
You will stay in my heart forever Liz . Sleep peacefully xx ❤️

The loss of such a special friend is very hard and hurts so much. I feel immensely lucky to have met you Liz and I thank you for 40 plus years of true friendship. We shared many many good times, we laughed so much and enjoyed all. No matter how much time passes, my memories will never fade. You are in my heart forever Liz. Rest in peace my beautiful friend. Let’s hope we meet again some day. xxxx

A sweet chikd, who turned into a beautiful women, who turned into a very successful business woman and devoted wife to Paul.

Never afraid to voice an opinion, gracious in her conversation, but firm in her beliefs.

Our meetings were rare, my residence in Australia for last 52 years of my saw to that. But the visits together were always a delight. Thsnkyou Liz and Paul for your generous hospitality..

You will always be remembered for that beautiful smile and loving welcome Liz.

And you will be sadly missed by everyone who had the privelige of calling you "friend"
Much love

We have known Liz for many years, since she was a student in Sheffield with my sister Helen. She was a lovely person, kind, gentle with a great sense of humour and we shared some very happy occasions with her, her parents Betty & Stan and then with her devoted husband Paul. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Rest in peace lovely lady.
