Ellen Hawkins

Ellen was born in Cashel Townland, County Mayo, Southern Ireland on 24th March 1924. When she came to England she moved to Macclesfield where she was a nurse and then moved south to London to be with her sisters. She came to Bognor Regis in 1962 and remained there until her final two years where she retired to a nursing home. She worked in Bognor Hospital and after her retirement worked at St. Josephs.
She leaves behind a son David and is very sadly missed.
Ellen will return to Robeen Cemetery, County Mayo, Ireland to be buried.
