Dearest Helen, a beautiful person inside and out. I will miss your wisdom, your kindness and thoughtfulness and most of all your laughter and joy of life even in the face of adversity.
It’s been such a privilege to have known you.
You were so brave and courageous and a fighter to the end, but now at last at peace.
I will never forget you,

“If ever there is tomorrow
When we’re not together...
There is something
You must always remember.

You are braver than you believe
Stronger than you seem,
And smarter than you think.

But the most important thing is,
Even if we’re apart...
I’ll always be with you.”
