I had the pleasure of knowing Jean through our Post Office to which she was a regular customer, Jean was always smiling and couldnt wait to see my grandaughter “chubby legs” as she called her,
Such a shock to hear the news but you were a lovely, kind and gentle lady Jean sleep tight and i hope you’ve taken a couple of books with you to read xx God Bless from all of us lovely lady xx

I knew Jean when I first started work at Aldridge's at the tender age of 16 some 40 plus years ago. Jean was a lovely lady, always friendly, happy to have a chat but you did not want to upset her as she would let you know about it which is a trait she seemed to carry with her. Rest in peace Jean xx
