I will always remember Jennie as a fun, smiley person. Growing up the families would spend lots of time together and it was always full of laughter. I am so sorry, Laura and Adam, for this devastating loss and hope that the memories you have and that others have shared will help you as you grieve. All my love, Laura Gilbert xx

I had the pleasure of working with Jennie for over 25 years and she became a great asset to my company. She was liked but all of my clients and forged long term relationships with so many of them. I would always call Jennie into my office to take dictation and she would often curse at me as I constantly changed the letters mid way ! It became a joke but she was always happy to assist me until I got it right. It is often said that any business is only as good as its employees and Jennie was not only good at her job, she was so good with people and I will always remember her for that. RIP Jennie (I will send your note pad to heaven for you as im sure this will come in useful one day!) God bless

We met at school all those years ago, and although our lives have taken different paths you will always be my BFF. Many holidays together. Pontins Holiday Camp where we had such fun. Italy with your folks where you dad kept us amused all the time. Majorca which was an amazing holiday.

I cannot remember ever having a disagreement with you.

Although I have lived in South Africa for 51 years we have always kept in touch and would meet up when we came to UK.

My very special friend so sorry you have gone...too soon. RIP Jennie.

I can not let the sadness of Jennie’s death go without saying something of the person I knew. I worked with her for close on thirty years whilst she was with AC and quickly discovered that she knew what she was doing ,so much so that I learnt to trust her judgement without necessarily supervising as much as perhaps a landlord should , I do not recall ever being disappointed. But it is not her business skill that I will miss , it is the humanity that she showed to others, her skill at defusing your anger when a contractor let you down or when a tenant was being unreasonable, somehow she could always bring a generous heart to any scenario. I don’t know how we should judge people ,if that is what we do when they die, but I do know that Jennie has left behind an army of people who know that they have lost someone special in a world that is in desperate need of the Jennie’s of this world. I am sorry for your loss , as I am for mine .

Jenny ,
It was a pleasure knowing you..Thank you for always making me feel so welcome in your home and being like second mum.I Have so many great memories growing up especially having to put up with me and Adam while we went through our early adult years giving us advice and pointing us in the right direction making us breakfast in bed and the endless cup of teas and biscuits..

Even though I now live so far away now in Australia I always looked forward to popping in and seeing you when I came back to visit for a chat and laugh ..You are now reunited with your lovely husband (Ian) and I know you both will be looking down on Adam and Laura and guiding them through the years to come and standing by there side what ever life throws at them ..Until we meet again
Love you lots Joe x

Dear Jenny you left us far too early, in fact I was going to buy you a drink next time I was back in Bognor We worked together for many years at AC Letting and although it was stressful at times we always had a laugh. You was so respected by so many landlords and customers and many would only deal with you. You had an incredible memory which was fantastic as I couldn't remember anything..Many a time I had you in fits of laughter and those times I will not forget. You loved your family and they loved you so much and we will all miss you but not forget you.
Sweet dreams my dear friend, and God bless you...Xxx
