Mandi and I became friends about 4 years ago. She named me "Mum" on her mobile phone and a few times I received calls from strangers saying, "We've found your daughter's phone" when she'd accidentally lost it. I really loved Mandi for the gentle, kind and loving person she was. Over the years we laughed, we cried, drank coffee and even prayed together whenever life transpired against either of us. She always spoke about her two daughters and younger son and grandson, they were the ones she lived for and loved so much. She was a wonderful friend, who never once judged anyone, always listened intently remembering everything you told her. A truly caring and beautiful soul. I shall miss her.
