Dear Ron
You will be missed such a Lovely godfather to me always remembering birthdays and a nice bottle when you visited us .
This photo was at lunch at Amberly Castle with mum and Pat what a lovely day we had in 2016 .
You always worked hard with all your many businesses and many house that you did up .Infact I used to work for your in my college day holidays in the Swan Hotel just outside Arundel what fun that was ..I waitressed one Christmas Day and managed to spray a guest with cream whilst serving from the desert trolley he was not impressed ! Luckily you smoothed things over and soon had the table laughing .
Lucky to spend Christmas 2019 with you when I collected you from the Care Home .
I walk pass your favourite house most days and think of you with Pat now and all your lost friends and family .
Lots of love Angela and Neil xxx

We were all so sad to hear of the death of Uncle Ron. A true gentleman with a fabulous sense of humour who was always telling us stories of his Summer holidays at Fitzleroi with our father and how much trouble they got into with Aunt Edith. Even though in the later years we never managed to meet up that often, Pat and Ron always loved to pop round to the farm and see us all from Scotland.
I feel very honoured that we spent Christmas 2019 at Fitzleroi with him and how did we all laugh ..... it was just wonderful to see him and he said he was very happy to have escaped from the home ... aww bless. A truly wonderful memory we will all cherish forever.

RIP with Auntie Pat.

Ron we will miss you so much. So many happy memories shared with you and Pat. Too many family get togethers to mention and we were always greeted with your cheerful smile. The family parties we shared where you would always tell a joke, or share an amusing story, always with Pat at your side.
God bless you Ron, you are now reunited with your beloved Pat.
Much love

Dear Uncle Ron

You will be truly missed, you were such a lovely gentleman. You told such great stories and jokes and you had that twinkle in your eyes. So glad that we were able to share Christmas Day 2019 with you at Fitzleroi, where you made us cry with laughter.

At least now you are with your beloved Pat once more. I can't believe we will not see you both again. Say hi to Dad up there too, and don't play too many pranks!

Rest in peace and God bless you.

Lots of love
Vanesa & Louise xx

We are so deeply saddened by the news of Ron's passing. He was such a gentle, kind and hilariously funny man. We share such fond memories of him and dear Pat as lifelong friends of my Parents Maureen and Bob Collins. We shall never forget Ron's amusing stories of him and Dad's square bashing escapades in the Air Force, him as Best Man at my Parent's wedding in Bognor, his & Pat's kind hospitality when my Sister Susan, my dear Mum and my husband Simon and I visited the UK over the years. The special times spent together in Melbourne visiting tourist sites, having family BBQ's, watching the Cricket at the MCG, attending my twin daughters' christening, celebrating Mum & Pat's 70th Birthdays and so many more.
We will truly cherish these memories forever and rest in the knowledge that he is with dear Pat and may parents who have passed away - Mum in 2014 and Dad in 2017.

Ron's passing ending the partnership of a lovely couple who we first met at 6am on Waterloo station. It was the start of a wonderful friendship that would last many years and gave us many happy memories.
The hospitality Pat & Ron extended to us on our visits was 2nd to none. They also introduced us to the delights and joys of Sussex.
Goodbye & God bless Ron
