Sarah Emily Zanger

I was privileged enough to be Sarah's mentor when she was trainee at Davison CE High School for Girls in 1991. She was an exceptional talent even as a trainee. From this time Sarah became a loyal, kind and thoughtful friend. It was with great delight and pride that I saw her career develop and take off to great heights. It was also a great day when she came back to teach at Davison, Sarah was loved by students and staff across the school.
I will miss Sarah as a dear friend. She had such a big heart, such humility and was so brave, I will always have the greatest respect and fondest memories of this remarkable woman - thank you Sarah!

Sarah knocked on my door over ten years ago, and introduced herself, she had just moved in down the road and didn’t know anyone. Charlotte and Emma were with her and the rest of the afternoon we spent in the garden chatting and from that day on a firm friendship was made. As a family we are going to miss Sarah terribly. She was my grown up friend and someone I would go to for advice, I will forever be asking myself ‘what would sarah do’. I feel blessed to have had her in my life.

A truly beautiful lady inside and out. Cruelly taken far too soon. Her legacy is that she has two equally beautiful daughters who will continue to enrich the lives of all that they know.

Words are not enough to convey our sorrow for the loss of Sarah. She was a wonderful, smiley lady who will be missed by many. Love Debbie, Abigail and Isobel Hoskins
