Sylvia Rosetta Olliver (née Knight) 09.09.1930-07.03.2019 (Honary Alderman, Former Bognor Regis Mayor and Councillor). Passed away at St Richards Hospital after a short stay but long illness. Sadly missed by husband Ken and all family and friends. Now peacefully at rest.

So very sad to hear this news.
Sylvia was a a very special lady, we had been neighbours for 43 years. I moved last year and was very sad to move from Sylvia and Ken.
So very sad, but she is suffering no more.

Rest in peace Sylvia.
