Although we have only known you a few years, we will miss your smiling face. Rest in peace

I have only known Bill for a few years but he was always very cheerful and fond of a joke. He had such great stories to tell, as he had such a varied, full and interesting life. He will be missed by many. My thoughts are with his family at such a sad time. May he rest in peace.

Uncle Bill I have so many lovely memories of you.
I will miss hearing ‘Ello Neet’ on the phone and when you’d randomly be at my dad’s on a visit.
I’ll miss discussing books (and being told that you’ve already read what I’m reading and it’s ‘a load of rubbish’).
Your passing has left a big hole in a lot of lives that will never be filled.
Rest In Peace xx

Dear Will-yum, I knew you for 45 years, you called me 'family' and I am very thankful and proud that you were a part of my life.
I have lots of fond memories of you, holidays I was part of, jovial banter when you worked on my cars, boy did I take some stick, he-he, but cherished all the same.
Although short, you always walked tall and with a ray of sunshine, you were indeed a Mister Smiley.
Rest up now my friend, for you have truly done more than enough.

My Grandad kept a garden,
A garden of the heart,
He planted all the good things,
That gave my life its start.
He turned me to the sunshine,
And encouraged me to dream,
Fostering and nurturing the seeds of self-esteem.
And then the winds and rain came,
He protected me enough,
But not too much because he knew
I would stand up strong and tough.
His constant good example,
Always taught me right from wrong,
Markers for my pathway that will last
a lifetime long.
I am my Grandad’s garden,
I am his legacy.
Thank you Grandad, I love you.
Be happy and at peace now Grandad, your back with Nan and Mum. Please keep looking over Jessica and Me. Love you now, forever and always. See you soon XxX
