My heart goes out to you all at this sad time
I only knew Nick for a short time but he soon became one of my favourite customers, I ensured I took cake when i visited and always got a huge smile back.
Nick you will be greatly missed
Rest in Peace

Nick, It's hard to know where to start, I've known you for 20 years and from the first day I met you I knew I had met someone truly special. You were the kindest man I've ever known, In a world that can be so dark you brought so much light, you left your mark on us all and made us all better people for having known you. I always remember fondly how you would sit with my nan and mary at gatherings which would always make me chuckle as they fought for your attention. The sky is a brighter place with you there and I know you will be at piece with your mum and possibly Oma and Mary sat with you still fighting for your attention. A giant of a man with an even bigger heart. Fly high Nick and don't get lost up there like you did in that maze in the IOW. Love you forever

You have been a true friend for over 44 years

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the best godfather to our son and watching over both my children and grandchildren they all love you dearly
We have laughed together cried together but most of all made amazing memories together

Uncle Nick.
What can I say, the most beautiful man on earth. You didnt have a single bad bone in your body and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting you fell inlove with you. You have been such a huge part of my life and you were like a grandad to me. Your own royal wave is something I will never forget and I am so blessed that you also got to meet all my children and see me get married.
You are now back with your mum and I know you will always be watching over us all.
Love you so much.

My wife Jennifer worked with Nick. I would like to add my own tribute to Jennifer's words. I had the utmost respect for Nick. He suffered meningitis as a child, and he was left severely handicapped. I suffered meningitis in the 1990s, and I recovered. I empathised with Nick's daily struggles, and Jennifer and I helped him cope when we could. It was Nick's tragedy that he did not have the life he could have had. Yet he was a constant source of jokes and laughter. Rest in Peace dear Nick.

Such sad news. Nick and I were work colleagues. We always had such fun at work, always laughing, and with the same sense of humour. He had me in stitches with his infectious laugh and mischevious sense of humour. I treasure those times and look back on them with fondness. After I changed jobs, we kept in touch, and remained firm friends. My husband Michael and I were able to help him cope. Rest in Peace dear Nick.
